They’re used in the automotive industry, in machines and equipment, in the medical care branch and in hospitals, in agriculture, industry, and building services engineering. Our products range from parts such as DIN-gears, noise-optimized hybrid gears, spur or helical gears, bevel gears, worm gears, hollow gears, toothed belt wheels, sprocket wheels, gearwheel segments of all sorts including non-circular gearwheels – with or without metal inserts – to complete gear assemblies such as spur and helical gear units, planetary gears and bevel gear units. At Mast Kunststoffe, we offer full-scale service beginning with our expertise in engineering and product planning. We use CAD for product development, engineer and manufacture precision injection molds, and produce series production parts. Mast Kunststoffe preforms all stages of production, including measuring, monitoring and quality assurance. To guarantee flawless precision, adherence to specified tolerances, maximum cavity molds and optimal cost-effectiveness.
